Jane’s Walk 2019: Saturday May 4
Time: 1:00pm
Meeting point: Elm St. where it intersects the Brock Trail. (Parking available on Elm St.)
Accessibility: Walk is appropriate for anyone
Theme: Urban foraging. The walk will take place along the Brock Trail. We will look at wild plants that can be eaten (e.g. salads with freshly picked dandelion leaves). Walkers will take an inventory of food that can be found in urban wild spots.
