Gerarda Schouten ᛫ City Organizer

Coboconk is a small town in the western Kawartha Lakes. It is a hub for cottagers and campers on Balsam Lake and the Shadow Lake system. The village started as a lumbering town with its own sawmills on the logdrive route from the Haliburton Highlands to Trenton on Lake Ontario. In 1872 Coboconk became the terminus for the Toronto and Nipissing Railway.
