Patrizia Bonifazio and Paolo Giordano ᛫ City Organizer
Ivrea is a small town in Piedmont, associated in the twentieth century with the rise of Olivetti’s factory. Between a contradictory idea of collective history and an urban vision that has stratified over time, the town today is a UNESCO site, and it is starting a process of urban regeneration. The Jane Jacobs’s Walks provide an opportunity to learn past and contemporary life stories, desires and aspirations of those who are living the transformation today. The Jane Jacobs’s walks are organised by Patrizia Bonifazio, an architectural historian, and Paolo Giordano, architect.
