For Jane’s Walk Weekend 2025, Gražinkime Kaunas offers two walks entirely in English, though the participants questions will be also answered in Polish, Russian or Lithuanian. On Saturday, May 3rd  we offer to meet you at former Centrinis Paštas, probably most renowned Modernist building in Kaunas (Laisvės al. 102) on 12:30 PM for a walk on the architecture that was awarded the UNESCO World Heritage site accolades in 2023, with local stories from Interwar, Soviet and regained Independence times shared by the guides. 

In the same Saturday, May 3rd  on 6 PM we shall be meeting by another outstanding example of Modernist architecture in Kaunas – Kristaus Karaliaus Prisikėlimo Bazilika church (Žemaičių g. 31A) for a walk in Žaliakalnis borough Kauko Laiptai area with discussion on UNESCO World Heritage importance and sharing of true local stories.
