Planning and Place – Strathfield Council
From its earliest times, the Homebush Shopping Village has been a small neighbourhood shopping centre offering essential services to the local community. More recently, Homebush has been identified as priority precinct for growth and development under the Transport Oriented Development Program. Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) has reviewed planning controls in Homebush to identify areas of the precinct suitable to support more well-located homes.
