Denise Kelly
Denise is the Principal Owner of Future City Consulting, LLC. As an Urban Strategist, she leverages her expertise in urban planning and economic development to guide developers in multi-family and mixed-use real estate developments. Specializing in public-private-institutional partnerships to capitalize affordable and workforce housing developments, she collaborates with local leadership to create alignment with local economic development initiatives and her clients’ projects. She holds a M.S. in Urban Strategy from Drexel University where she worked as a Research Analyst at the Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation and Nowak Metro Finance Lab. She is a Certified Planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and a Certified Economic Developer with the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).
